Tony entered the profession in 1971 from school and has performed most roles in that time. He is a qualified Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society and a Chartered Financial Planner, holding the Pensions (& Divorce), Investment, Lifetime Mortgages and Long Term Care specialist qualifications and designations. He concentrates on building and managing wealth for individuals, small companies, trustees, incapacitated clients and their deputies.
An active member of the Personal Finance Society and the CISI, Tony is also a member of and on the Surrey committee of STEP, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and holds the STEP Certificate for Financial Services (Trusts and Estates), in which he gained a distinction. From 2011 to 2014, he proudly held jointly the honorary PFS role of Charted Champion for Surrey, advocating the role of Chartered Financial Planners throughout South London and Surrey.

Kevin began his career with the Norwich Union in Piccadilly before becoming a Financial Adviser in 1988. He is an Associate of both the Personal Finance Society and the Securities Institute and is a Chartered Financial Planner. He has many years’ experience in advising higher net worth clients on all aspects of financial planning, with particular emphasis on pensions, investments and tax planning.

Charlotte entered the profession in 2008 and has gained extensive Financial Services experience, particularly in client administration and our internal accounting. She holds the Diploma in Financial Studies qualification issued by IFS School of Studies. She is working towards becoming a Paraplanner to assist Consultants with writing reports on clients' financial planning.

Grant joined Anders Bayley Scott in 2019 following a career change, and he now works within the administration team. Having completed a degree in Business Management at Kingston University, he is now currently working towards becoming a paraplanner and eventually a consultant. He works closely with the advisers in order to develop his technical knowledge and is actively working towards his professional qualifications.

Elliot joined Anders Bayley Scott in August 2020. He has over 4 years’ experience working with Independent Financial Advisors. Whilst assisting with client administration he is currently working towards his Certificate in Financial Services through the CII, will study for the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. Elliot will progress to assisting the consultants with their report writing alongside his studies, with the aim of becoming a qualified Paraplanner.

As a Financial Planner with over 20 years’ experience within the profession, Simeon offers holistic independent regulated financial advice to individual and corporate clients. He strongly believes in building long lasting relationships with his clients.
He has worked for both large, national organisations and small, niche businesses and joined Anders Bayley Scott in September 2020. He is highly experienced in providing advice to organisations to help them build employee benefit propositions which both attracts new but also retains key existing employees. Whilst working with these corporate clients, he has been appointed to actively engage with and provide support services to employees at all levels within the organisation.
For individual clients who require specific regulated financial advice, he advises them on all aspects of financial planning; from those just starting to build a portfolio to those who are retired and looking to distribute their wealth to their family members.

Stephen is a professional Senior Executive with over 35 years management and new business experience including Main Board leadership with National EBC, Corporate IFA, Workplace Solutions and Fintech Solution businesses.
Presently, Stephen’s focus is Employee Benefit Consultancy (pension schemes and risk benefit programmes), scheme governance and pre/at retirement services. In particular, servicing and supporting the corporate/workplace sector and independent trustees as well as ultimately improving member outcomes.
In addition, Stephen has a passion for Fintech Solutions - evolution and development of workplace portals including effective member education and engagement services.
Founder of ASPIRE to retire and iASPIRE (Pre and At Retirement portal). Subsequently, development of a workplace portal (MyAspire) covering all demographics and a range of integrated solutions including data aggregation (with current fund valuations across different asset classes), member communications, educational content, videos, tools and calculators (focused at member level), documents repository, guidance and regulated advice services etc.

Debbie joined Anders Bayley Scott in September 2020 with 18 months experience. She will initially assist with client administration for our consultants, whilst gaining experience and working towards becoming a Paraplanner. In time, she will gain enough experience to then work towards achieving her Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
Fiona joined Anders Bayley Scott in June 2021 with 4 years' experience in financial services. Prior to this career change, she enjoyed a variety of roles including 20 years in corporate recovery and insolvency and personal bankruptcy and 2 and a half years as an Office Manager in an MP's office in the Palace of Westminster. Fiona's career goals can be broadly summarised as being the best that she can be or more specifically providing excellent client administration services.
Evan joined Anders Bayley Scott in October 2021 as a trainee Financial Planner. He has passed the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, and also has a BSc in Agricultural Business Management.
Before doing his exams, and joining us, Evan worked in the Ski Industry for TUI before becoming a qualified ski instructor.
Oli joined Anders Bayley Scott in 2022 as a graduate trainee, having studied a Masters in Chemical Engineering at the University of Nottingham. He is currently working within the administration team, and under the guidance of the advisers, he is developing his understanding of the practice, with the goal of becoming a Paraplanner and ultimately, a Consultant.
